Nina Reyes Rosenberg is a Jewish and Mexican American filmmaker, artist, writer, and cultural worker with a passion for creative projects that champion women, queerness, and radical change. Her films have screened at film festivals around the world including Outfest, Frameline, and the New York Latino Film Festival. She is an expert in storytelling for social justice causes, with 20 years of experience creating call-to-action and documentary media for initiatives such as Green New Deal, She the People, and Paid Leave in the US. Prior to co-founding Mala Forever, she led global video production at Change.org, telling real stories of social change movements, and worked as a branded content producer at the digital agency Portal A, collaborating with brands such as Sephora and Microsoft. Born and raised in San Francisco, she earned a BFA in Film and Television Production from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, and now lives in Los Angeles.
